"Hello Ophir families!
This message is for all 4th-8th grade students who like to SING and HAVE FUN while doing it! The LUSD Chorus is a district-wide program that will be having its first rehearsal of the year starting next week. In Chorus, students meet once a week before school to prepare songs for multiple performances throughout the year. In addition to traditional seasonal concerts, there are additional exciting opportunities such as performing the National Anthem at the Sacramento Kings and Rivercats games.
New and returning students are encouraged to join! Not sure if you can sing? Do you sing already? We accept everyone! Our first meeting will be informational for any new students who may be interested. We will also be distributing the Chorus Handbook. Please email email@example.com with any questions. Thank you for your time!
Ophir Chorus: 7:30-8:15am, meets every Monday beginning 8/29
