Registration Paperwork

Registration packets for grades Kindergarten through 8th grade are provided below in form fill.  Please feel free to complete your registration packet online, print and return it to the school office for processing.  

 

Transitional Kindergarten packets are available on the district website and must be turned in to the district office for processing at 3290 Humphrey Road in Loomis.
